Myself and my girlfriend are moving to Thailand in July.

We are planning on rent an apartment for a few months around phuket area.

We've been there before but only the stay a few weeks, nothing longer. So this time we want to know where we should look for possible places to stay.

Any online website recommendations for us to check and research?

Any help would be much appreciated guys and girls.

    Thanks in advance.

    Carlo

I've always thought that Kata was the nicest of the big 3 beaches, and there is no shortage of apartments around there. There are also some laid back gems of beaches of course.
I've no idea which area is best for renting an apartment - price-wise it is probably around Phuket town.
In the absence of more definitive answers, google Jamie's Phuket blog - Jamie is a local connected with the dive industry, there may be a section on apartments on his blog, if not he has contact info and never seems reluctant to give good info.
