    How do you, you get from Ko Samet to Ko Phangan?
    Let's go Thailand on a budget shows in there suggested itenarary that you can but know where does it say how.

    1) Boat from Koh Samed to Rayong
    2) Bus from Rayong to Bangkok
    3) Train (night) from Bangkok to Chumphon
    4) Boat from Chumphon to Koh Phangan (via Koh Tao)

    It is also possible and probably easier to get to Koh Pha-Ngan by travelling from Bkk to Surat Thani by bus.
