    Hi, does anyone know if their is a train from krabi to bangkok, i would prefer a sleeper! If so how much and roughly how long would it take?

    No station there. Costs 40 dollars to fly

    bus to Surat Thani and catch train there - book in advance and check prices and times on SRT web site

    There are several sleeper services every night

    That would take 15 hours all up. Why would you bother? Pay the extra $20 and catch the plane.

    You could if not full but best to book ahead. You can book flights online the day before if you are not sure about the actual day. Look at Air asia and nok air.
