Any body know where and when i can find a taxi from suta thani to krabi and of course how much it cost ?

Any travel agent should be able to assist in this regard -- can't help on fare though -- I'd guess around one thousand baht or so -- but that's a wild guess. There's also regular buses (leave hourly) between the two towns if the taxi is too pricey.
