Relaxed Accomodation around phuket

    hi all,

    girlfriend, 5 yr son and i will be venturing to thailand over the xmas and jan period. Im looking for accomodation suggestions to spend xmas at - we fly into phuket but wish to find something nice and laxed.... away from the riff raff...

    budget is probably 1000 - 1500B

    doesnt have to be in phuket - can be any where on nearby islands

    we are planning on spending nye on lanta

    Hi,

    If you're heading towards Lanta anyways, I'd suggest taking a look at our coverage of Ko Yao Noi and Ko Yao Yai -- there's a story here about the two islands -- links from within the story run off to the various listings..

    Further afield, while we don't cover it, Ko Jum, near Ko Lanta is another fine spot.
