hi, as i title really. i know i can take the bus from phuket town to krabi town. but is there a bus which goes from krabi town to Ao Nang form the bus terminal?? if so how frequent and how much?

Hi G,
Songtheaws run from the bus station to the centre of Krabi and from Krabi town to Ao Nang throughout the day, so at worst you'd just need to jump from one to the other. Figure on 40-50B all up.

I dont think there is a bus that goes to ao nang but as somtam2000 says - take a taxi, there should be plenty.

A songteuw goes from Krabi Bus Station to Aonang every 15 minutes and makes a stop in Krabi town of 10 minutes outside 7-11 - total cost 60 baht.
Last songteuw to Aonang around 6:30pm from Krabi bus stop - after that its a taxi costing 500/600baht
Beware of touts at Krabi Bus Station who will 'helpfully' unload your baggage and take it to another songteuw operator who will charge more - but possibly get there quicker deppending on the number of 'punters' capture

If possible take the white songtheaws, these are the cheap one. There are also yellow ones which charge morge, usually they come with a big stereo and lots of light effects also
Pritty easy to get around in Ao Nang and Krabi. There is also a big bus going, bus that one goes less frequent.
