How bad is the situation with sand flies in Koh Maak around November? Should a honeymooning couple (like us) drop Koh Maak just because of the flies??

Hi 4439, am not sure about november but if you find the info and it is not too bad i can really recommend going to koh mak.my wife and i were there last march and while there was no sandflies then the island is perfect for long beaches great food and swimming etc
