CHeap Lonely Planet Books
15th May, 2008
Is it still possible to buy the cheap LP and Rough books in Bangkok. When I was there last time they were available at a very reasonable cost (cheap enough not to feel too bad about abandoning them at your last stop!). ANy suggestions on where to find them?

I can't remember if I was in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, or Burma where I saw street vendors selling pirated copies of LP books for a few dollars. They had stacks of LP guidebooks for every Asian country.
