    Hi there,
I'm planning to go for 3 days to one of the Thai beaches or Islands near Bangkok. Which is the best bet if i want a place to relax and enjoy the beach.

Thanks so much for your advice!

For just three days, close to Bangkok, Ko Samet is difficult to beat.

Agree wih somtam if your budget is limited.
However if you can afford a flight, Ko Samui and neighbours are usually the driest islands in July (with Samet next). You can fly into Samui on Bangkok Air and Thai Air. Samui tends more to midrange resorts these days.
