Hi there!

I want to go to Khao Sok July the 25th and stay in a floating rafthouse without having to book a tour in advance. Anyone has some idea where to go or where to call? As all the guesthouses in the guides seem to be at the beginning of the park..

There's two areas of accommodation in Khao Sok. One is near the park entrance (where most of the geusthouses are) and the second is on the lake (where the floating rooms are).

There's no need to book in advance unless you're arriving on a holiday weekend when it packs out with locals on weekend hols.
