Can anyone recommend a cooking course/school in Bangkok?

I took a 1-day cooking class from Thai Kitchen (http://www.thaikitchen.com/cookingschool.html). They had a 50% discount last May, so I only paid THB1000 for the class.
I was satisfied with the class. The instructor first introduced the most used ingredients in Thai cooking. It's nice to know which ingredient you can and cannot substitute. We were given a recipe book and some extra paper and pen for taking notes. They did not let us cook everything in the menu, but they did demonstrate it in front of the class.
The number of students is limited (there was only 5 of us), so the instructor can accomodate all our questions. We also had individual tables, cooking equipment and electric stoves. If you're hungry, you can eat the finished product while the class is going on. If you're too full, they give you some plastic containers so you can take the rest home. They also gave us a gift bag that contains an apron, sample size bottles of Thai Kitchen products and a Thai Kitchen recipe book.
The cooking school is within walking distance from the Saladaeng BTS station and very easy to find.

Thank you, Neeners! That sounds nice, I'll look into it.
