Hello all,
I'm thinking of heading there after Koh Tao and I was just wondering where would be best to stay and the best route for getting there??
Any tips and advice much appreciated! Apparently Surat Thani isn't worth staying in so any other idea's??

I did my tour through www.limestonelaketours.com but you can do it yourself just as cheap.. just catch the govt bus that goes to Phuket via Takua Pa and jump off at Khao Sok NP.. then organise a day/overnight trip to the lake from your guesthouse... Arts Riverview Lodge or Our Jungle House are the two most popular accommodation places I have heard of.
