Hi, we are looking at doing a day of deep sea fishing while in Ko Phangan. Does anyone know of a company that does this on Ko Phangan? Prefably from Thong NP Noi? We only have 2 full days while there therefore we would love to have it either booked or some knowledge of where to book it before we get there?!?!

Hi Emjay,
The fishing trips on Ko Pha Ngan generally come in two flavours:
Daytime trips that include a longtail boat with a few large crates of beer, some ice and a few fishing lines;
and nighttime trips that include a longtail boat with loads of large crates of beer, loads of ice, a few fishing lines and a torch;
I've not heard of deepsea fishing trips running out of Ko Pha Ngan (you can do that out of Samui though), but to organise a longtail should be a striaghtforward deal. I'll do some more digging and see what I can find.
