What is the most direct route from Phuket to Ko Phangan or Ko Samui?? We've been looking online for hrs now without any luck - help!

Aside from flying from Phuket to Samui and then boat to Ko Pha Ngan the next best option is bus from Phuket to Surat Thani and then ferry on to KPN. Any travel agent in Phuket will be able to flog you a bus boat combo ticket which should take you seamlessly from one to the other.
