Does anyone have recommendations about the best way/airlines to get from Koh Tao to Denpasar to Sydney?

Overland to Bangkok or KL from Ko Tao then direct AirAsia/Garuda/THAI flight to Bali -- AirAsia will be cheapest, THAI has some great rates on this route. On to Sydney, Jetstar, Garuda and Virgin fly it -- Jetstar or Virgin will be cheapest, but I'd fly Garuda.
