Can't find the original thread for the 150 Baht ATM charges, but if you are unhappy with the charge complain!!
Email the following people:
atmpool@tba.or.th and cc
center@tat.or.th
(NOTE the address' are correct it is or.th and NOT org.th as you might expect). I even got a reply!
Don't suffer in silence, let the banks and TAT know you are unhappy (if indeed you are!). Who knows the more people who complain, maybe, just maybe, some thing will happen....(Don't really believe that but it made me feel happier moaning at them!)

Fair play for getting that email.
I don't think enough people would complain to make a difference tho and even if a lot did I don't think they would drop the charge but it might be worth ago.
