Hi guys - I am heading to Lanta in a few days and Railay after that. Does anyone know of any yoga classes held daily (not held in a fancy spa hotel)? I would like to choose my guesthouse based on the proximity to the yoga, if there is any! Thanks a bunch!

Hi Jessieo
there are several independent yoga teachers on Koh Lanta - but unfortunately they're all away during the low season. There's Annalie at The Retreat (lantayogameditation.com) and also a Thai yoga teacher (whose name I don't know) who is currently in India.
I'd suggest you drop Annalie an email via her site and see if she has any suggestions
