I'm asking about the weather?
Koh Samui, Koh Pangan etc?
Would you suggest to go straight to Cambodia or is it worth it to go and stay in Thailand hoping that the weather would be good? ( Koh Samui - Koh Pangan )
I remember looked at one topic saying one of you used to live in Koh Pangan and it was the best time cause it's less people although it rains everyday...
Thank you .. btw, if I want to go to the island also it's only for 3 nights ( Full Moon Party )
How's Bangkok sometimes end of October? Any different with beginning of Oct?
For Thailand weather questions, a good place to start is our interactive weather map which will show you rainfall and temperature stuff for the region.
October can be pretty wet in October, but it rarely rains all day every day -- rather expect a couple of hours rain a day, often interspersed with brilliant sunshine.
Bangkok at end of October is also pretty wet in Oct, by it generally dries out quickly come November.

hi desertwoman
i used to live i. koh phangan, even during monsoon-time. when i was younger and tougher. nowadays i would´nt do it again. but in your case-for 3 nights, just for the party-no probs at all. rent a decent concrete bungalow-not a bomboo beach hut, the latter gets mouldy, if it rains and rain is very likely in oct.
