We're travelling around Southern Thailand and have looked at alot of write ups on all the islands.
Can anyone offer any tips on best islands to visit for nice beaches, snorkelling, lazing about but some nightlife aswell?
We have about 2/3 weeks in S.Thailand so want to make sure we aim for the right islands! Thank you

Hi gillfred,
What time of year are you going -- that should be the main deciding factor -- see the Thailand weather section for more info.
If the weather is right, I;d say Ko Pha Ngan or Ko Tao on the east coast, and Ko Lanta or perhaps Ko Phi Phi on the west.

We will be visiting the first 2 weeks of November so I think we may be ok weather/rain wise - and those islands sound a good choice as we had thought about some of those anyway so thank you.
