Does anyone know if there are any good Thai cooking classes available on or near Ko Samui ? I'm in Chiang Mai right now and wanted to do one here, but my time is running short and I don't think I'll fit it in. But I'll be staying on Ko Samui or Ko Tao for about a week later this month; might I be able to get my culinary fix there?

Sitca is probably the number one school on the island. See their website for more info: http://www.sitca.net/
