Accommodation in Kho San Road

Hi all,
When I was last in BKK, I stayed at a very nice guesthouse in Kho San Road called Mom's Guesthouse. Trying to mail them (but with no luck) for our next trip in December. Can anyone please recommend a nice budget guesthouse in Kho San Road in the region of about 400 THB per night for a double.

New Merry V Guesthouse is about 5-10 mins walk away but worth it. Fairly quiet, spotlessly clean and they have a huge range of rooms/prices. I paid 150 for a single w/fan and share bathroom. They are reviewed on travelfish.

New Joe Guesthouse, just off the police station end of Khaosan, is pretty basic but you can get a double for 350 Baht, with private bathroom - for a couple of hundred more you can have air con and hot water too.

Donna guesthouse, just off the other end was where I stayed friendly clean twin shared bathroom, laundry service, about 300bt a nigth as I remember.
