Quickest route, assuuming by public bus, would be bus to Chanthaburi, then change buses for Aranyprathet, then cross border and on to Siem Reap. Should be easily done in a day.

If the target is Phnom Penh I'd take a morning bus from Ban Phe (mainland) to Trat (maybe changing in Chantaburi since it's the big bus station) and get over the border at Hat Lek to Ko Kong before it closes. Then get the 8am bus from Koh Kong to Phnom Penh.

Cheers guys for the quick answers. I meant siem reap so thanks for reading my mind somtam. Haha was getting ahead of myself. Was worried that I would have to go back to Bangkok to get there, your suggestions make it seem like a pretty painless trip.
