baan tung guest house, mae sot (baantungguesthouse@gmail.com) or google the name for the website - have stayed there several times now on trips to mae sot. it is comfortable, clean and the staff are fab - so kind, helpful and eager to please. rooms are huge with a/c or fan, fridge, cable tv and wifi - triangle floor cushions. this is a home from home place. easy walking distance to shops/cafe etc, plus stalin (yes, stalin the manager!) with call tuk tuk for further trips or rent you a bike or motorbike - so no chasing around for pick up and drop offs. owned by p'kung - kung's bar for old timers!
