Four sons house is an amazing place to stay in Bangkok, Its on Phraarthit Road, about 10 min walk from Khao san road. The people are so friendly and very welcoming and the room has air-con, tv, hot shower, safe, towels, free water. The beds are well comfy and its so clean. We have stayed here three times now and wouldnt want to stay anywhere else now. Its cheapish too!!!

Yeah I'd second that. I've been staying there once a month for about four years. Rooms are basic but have all facilities. The main thing, sadly a rarity for the Khao San Area is the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help.
