I visited Ayuthaya a few weeks ago and discovered this new bar. The owner, Bobby has been opened for a few months now. To get you oriented, it's about halfway between Sunrise Place and the soi with Tony's, but on the opposite side of the road. It's on the corner of that main intersection.
The food was delicious, the beer cold and the service great. He plays a great selection of music and is keen to build a place that is attractive to foreigners needs and wants. That said, it's not exclusively for farang, a lot of Thais chill out there too.
If you're staying in the soi with Tony's place and the other bars and cafes, turn right coming out of it, and head for the traffic lights. Cross over the main intersection, and you'll see the chillout cafe and bar on the corner. It has great cylindrical lamps, and is a wooden hideaway.
