Have been staying here at budget accomodations which advertise breakfast included, great room rate, internet/wifi free. Centrally located, Quiet close to River Walkway, Banks, Post Office, bus terminals all within walking distance. Never have made it to free breakfast (0730-1030). Hotel is 'grotty', free parking. Internet is disconnected daily from approximately 0330-0830. Have complained to staff & management numerous times but no change in their policy. At first I thought it was the telephone line outage. but having checked it is physically unplugged early morning as phonline still works. Better places to stay in Nongkhai.
