We are situated in country Thailand and offer a different experience for travelers.
When guests stay with us they can experience the true country lifestyle, while still enjoying comfortable accommodation and authentic Thai cuisine. We offer free tours of a local Thai village with an English speaking guide. Free pickup from Wang Nam Yen bus station and internet service. All rooms are air-conditioned with private bathrooms.
Palm Garden Restaurant and Guesthouse at Wang Nam Yen is set amongst a lush tropical garden and large pond which is home to thousands of fish. A beautiful water fountain features in the middle of the pond in complete view from the restaurant. Our menu has a wide selection of Thai and Western cuisines. American breakfast is available on request.
Rooms at the guesthouse start as little as 450 Baht per night for fan room to 700 Baht per night for air-conditioned. Internet service is available along with bicycles for you to ride and explore the regional farming community, the city centre, weekend and mid-week night markets.
Wang Nam Yen is 37 kms from Sakaeo heading towards Chantha Buri. Sakaeo is 220kms from Bangkok. Aranyaprathet buses leave from the Northern Bus Terminal (Morchit) every 30 mins and from Ekamai bus station at 6:30 am, 7:30 am, 11:30 am via Sakaeo. Sakaeo is home to the wonderful Pang Sida National Park with many magnificent waterfalls.
