Udon Residence opened April 2008 and I decided to check it out. It's located in downtown Udon Thani only a short walk from the central shopping plaza, restaurants and bars. They offer clean and comfortable rooms and one condo style room with its own kitchen and living room. The place is fully air-conditioned with free wireless internet, cable TV, hot showers etc. Room rates are reasonable starting at 450bt then moving up to 950bt for the self-contained aparment. The place is very quiet and central to everything, I would recommend a stay here if you're visiting Udon.
