Pamela and family who ran the original Tree House at Lonely Beach on Phangan have now set up on the east coast of Phangan.

Had Thong Reng is just over the small headland south of Than Sadet and can be accessed by a track off the river bridge at Sadet in less than 5 minutes.

Pamela and co have expanded the original bungalow place here and have quite a big range of nice looking bungalows between 250 and 550 baht located back of beach and up on the norhtern headland. The restaurant is also top of headland and the big shack central beach-front is the beach bar.

The small attractive beach has some boulders for shade and the water in the bay is much cleaner than neighbouring Ao Sadet.
