Rendezvous Guesthouse in Chiang Mai. You really should add this place to Travelfish listings, it is wonderful, quiet and clean. Located in the old city right off the "Sunday Market Walking Street". Very good beds, fast wifi, cable TV, refrigerator, hot water showers and toilets in each room, balconies in some. Rooms cleaned daily and they have both AC and fan rooms. The restaurant with and orchid garden is excellent and very reasonably priced for both Thai and western food. Very friendly staff and owner has been in business over 25 years. It has been extensively remodeled and refurnished in last 5 years. You can arrange longer term rates in advance. I have stayed there many times from 2006 – 2009 including 3 months while at AUA language school in 2009.
