Christ Bob, it's cheap enough! Is there a place I could put my motorcycle so it doesn't get ripped off?

Yep, park it in the hallway which has a locked gate at night. Parked a Versys in there last few nights maybe a tight squeeze but it works.

That's a coincidence. I recommended your place to someone on TF looking for a friendly place to stay only yesterday Bob! (Not having ever stayed there myself but I've heard good things about it)
You only have 8 rooms though. Is it generally OK just to show up without a booking or are you usually pretty full?

SBE that's why I noticed it. You may think I ignore your advice, but nope. You've been around. I can see that.

There was an exodus this morning so now 6 rooms available but generally it fills up most days. Anyway we don't take bookings, but usually something available early in the day. See pics here

It will take a while before I go there Bob. Paying my son's tuition is killing me financially. But some day I will come.

Hi Bob
I will be visiting Chiang Mai within the next few weeks.
A quick question... how far is Ginny Place from the Train Station where I will be pulling in from Bangkok?
Thanks
Geezy
