If you're on thong nai pan noi beach on Koh Phangan, check out Luna Lounge, at the entrance of the village. Follow the main road from the beach. It's a gorgeous restaurant, with great atmosphere, fab menu and the best fresh food around. Cocktails and music are also great, mojitos are legendary. www.thai-luna.com

Well, this just looks like an ad.
But it should stay as the description is pretty much spot on.
I ate there three times in July 09 and thought it was excellent. Not a huge menu, but of a very good standard for Thailand.
The waiting staff are pretty easy on the eye too :)
