Hey mates,

I am a 21 year old from the states, but have been studying in Sydney since the beginning of January. Heading out to do a SE Asian tour eventually ending up in China, beginning on July 24th.

With a short amount of time, I'll be doing a bit of flying around, but always looking for some travel buddies along the way to kick it with. Only recently got into the solo traveling bit, hit up Japan in April for 2 weeks solo and had an incredible time, meeting people along the way.

My plan right now is Thailand from July 24th to July 30th. Then Siem Reap from July 31st to August 2nd. Then Vietnam from August 3rd to the 8th, planning to do Saigon and Hoi An. Then China from August 9th to the 25th. Planning from the 9th to the 14th between Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzhen. Then Shanghai from the 15th to the 19th, exploring the city but especially checking out the World Expo for at least 2 days. Then August 19th to 22nd in Beijing, and finishing the trip the 23rd and 24th in Xi'an. At this point may head to South Korea for the last week of the trip but not sure yet.

Definitely would love some company along the way, for exploring together, or just grabbing some drinks. Only recently discovered this site, when in Japan I met travelers mainly through couchsurfing.org.

If this itinerary overlaps with anyone it be awesome to meet up with some fellow travelers.
