Kunming CHINA by flight
Kunming to Hekou by bus
cross the border at Lao Cai (VIETNAM)
Lao Cai to Hanoi by train
Hanoi to Vientiane by bus ,will cross the border at Na Maew(VIETNAM) / Nam Xoi (LAOS)
From Vientiane cross the border to Nong Khai (THAILAND)
Nong Khai to Bangkok by train
Bangkok to Aranyaprathet / Poipet by train (border of THAILAND/CAMBODIA)
Poipet to Siem Reap by bus (visit Angkor Wat)
Siem Reap to Phom Penh by bus ,will cross the border at Bavet (CAMBODIA) / Moc Bai (VIETNAM)

hi there, do you have a set schedule of when your planning your trip, and of things to do. Or just plan things as you go along. Anything specific that you'd like to see and do. How long do you plan on travelling for? Yours is similar of places i would like to visit as a 1st timer. Have you done this before.

lol, never thought about that as i've never been to SE Asia before, how un-confortable are buses and the trains. And there are a few of them, but guess it's all part of the journey.?
