Hello
I will be travelling to Philippines during the 2nd week of December and will be there for 3 weeks at least. No itinerary has been planned yet and I am planning to travel and do lots of water sports. Is anyone going to be there during December? We can hang out together and travel togt
Hey rayee, I'm going to be heading to the Philippines from the 17th to the 30th of December, so almost 2 weeks. Trying to put together an itinerary now, which will almost likely include Boracay and possibly some surfing in Siargao. Send me a private msg, if interested. cheers.

Just booked my tickets and I will be going from 6th - 23rd. Borocay is not on my list. I decided to head to Palawan instead because it's cheaper for me. 21st I will be in Manila. Looks like we dont have the same itinery

I found Boracay to be pretty safe... never had a problem in PI. But regardless, danger can happen anywhere.

mynameisjay,
There is a another thread about safety in the Philippines. The negative stereotype of the Philippines is exaggerated. It is no more dangerous than any of the other countries you mention.
