Would be fab if we could pair up !! Do you have any dates / plans set for Thailand yet? Im going to be booking my flights in the next few weeks and other than booking a first few nights in BKK ( was thinking NapPark - its a hostel but looks very nice ) Im totally open to suggestion. Defo want to fit Laos into the plans, my cousin is out there at the moment and says its fab and well worth visting!

I'm thinking of hitting SE Asia from September/October onwards. This is my first time travelling, not really sure where to start to be honest! Just know that I want to see Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos and Thailand. It would be really cool to meet up with people there.

Im finally all booked and ready to go !!!! Eeeeeek exciting times!!!! Ill be arriving in BKK on the 26th Nov and have 3 nights booked at Nap Place ( just off Kho San Rd )

No set plans ( other than having a great time!! lol ) but was thinking spending a few days exploring BKK before heading down South ( hopefully catch a Full Moon - doubt it'll be the Nov one as its on the 28th ) then heading up Northern Thailand before looping through Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam to make my way back to BKK for my return flight in March ( I feel sad about this already and Im not event there yet !!!! lol )

As I said no set plans so totally open to sugggestion and ideas - gotta be flexible to be able to have the best time right?"?!

I'm a 25/M traveling solo from the US to Bankok Sept 9 on a one-way flight. I plan to spend a couple of weeks in Bangkok before heading North for a month of so, and then making it South to the islands. I hope to volunteer a lot of the trip, & have been in contact with a few Animal Shelters, WOOF farms, etc. I plan to spend a few months in Thailand, and then do the Cambodia/Laos/Vietnam circuit, but don't have anything planned or routed. I'm 33/f from sountern of Thailand and planing to Laos this Nov. (about 7-10 days). I'm looking for a travel companions to join me a trip, right! I mean sharing a room and any others like transportation, etc.
Well, my plan is leaving from Hatyai by plan to Bangkok and fly to Chiangrai the sameday. I'll leave to Laos the next day at ChiangKhong border by a slowboat (spend 2 days in the boat and stay over night at Pakbeng). Stay in Luang Prabang 2 nights, Vang Vieng 1 nigh, Vieng Chan 1 night and leave to Thailand at NongKhai border. I'm thinking about stay in Udonthani 1 night or taking a night bus or train direct to Bangkok on that day... Well, the plans can be flexible.......

I'm a 20 year old female from Birmingham, I've just booked up to arrive in BBK on 30th October where I'll be staying just off the Khao San road for the first 3 days. After that, I'm free to go wherever!! I want to be down by Koh Pha Ngan by the 25th ready for the full moon party and then on to Koh Tao to do some scuba diving! This will be my first time travelling solo and i'd love to meet other solo travellers. Although I've been lucky enough to sublet my apt. I still haven't booked my flight as prices are a little high at the moment... for the date I want to leave anyway. Jan. 1st, 2nd, 3rd at the latest - Can return no later than April 4th.

I 've added southern Cambodia to my list.
