I'm applying for my visa tomorrow in Bangkok and there are some cheap flights around the 28th or 29th this month. It's a pretty last minute decision, but I'd like to see Burma and I'm in Bangkok anyway so figure I might as well do it now.
I'll be doing the usual itinerary of Yangon > Mandalay > Bagan > Inle > Yangon, taking 2 or 3 weeks to do it and trying not to spend too much (I hear accomodation can be a bit expensive compared to other SEA countries, especially when travelling solo). If time or budget allow, I'd be up for adding one or two other stops along the way, but not too fussed.
Oh, and I'm a mid twenties English guy if that helps. Get in touch if you'd like to join me!
