Thailand, islands, and Cambodia June/July 09

Two girls, planning on spending 2 weeks on 3 different Thai islands, 4-5 days in North Thailand (Chaing Mai area), 4-5 days in SR, Camobodia, 4-5 days around Bangkok area.
Traveling between June 10 - July 7.

Hey Jazzabelle,

I am traveling with another female to borneo june 25-july 1 and then I am on my own based in singapore from the 1st to the 6th. I am trying to decide where to spend my 5 days, was considering bangkok, although I am a bit unsure with the protests going on there. Where are you guys going to be the last leg of your trip?

Hi Alm,
We will be in Bangkok the last leg of our trip, July 7/8-12. We plan on exploring Bangkok, maybe a day trip to nearby town, and we really want to do a bike ride tour of the countryside with Spiceroads. (http://www.spiceroads.com/thailand/khao_yai) Its a 2 day bike ride through the wine country. Its a little on the pricey side but we are hoping to be able to haggle once there. We are most excited about doing that while in Bangkok. You should join us as it should be lots of fun!

Hi Jazz,

That does sound like a blast! Where will you be the 1st-6th? Unfortunately I fly out the 6th and won't be able to join you on the bike tour from the 8th to the 12th

July 2-6, we will be in Chaing Mai. We will be visiting an elephant sanctuary and will be doing the Sunday night market, cooking classes, and whatever else is fun. My friend will only be doing the Patera elephant farm but I plan on doing both. They require advance reservations and have both gotten great reviews!

Hey!
Yes, we will be "stationed" on 3 islands and make from them to other islands. We will spend 5 nights on each island; Phuket, Krabi, and Koh Samui. I haven't done enough research to know about Phangan but if its a pretty island and nearby then we will most likely head there too!
We plan on doing the overnight camping trip tour of the island that "The Beach" movie was filmed on too.

Less than a month till paradise!!!
