Laos - August/Sept 2009

Hey,

I'll be arriving in Vientiane in the last week of August, spending around 21 days in the country. My itinerary is a northern loop, heading close to the Chinese border at Muang Sing, before heading eastwards.
I'll be traveling alone, but would hope to meet some travel companions along the way. I'm a 22 year-old British male.

Hi,

I will be arriving in Vientiane somewhere around the 31st of August, but will only be spending about a week in the country. Am thinking of going to Lao Prabang for a bit, and would appreciate some company along the way too. I'm a 24/m Singaporean student. Hi there,
Vientiane will be my last spot in Laos. I am actually heading from North at the beginning of September. Would like to see if we could meet up at any spot we might cross. I am travelling alone as well. 24 from Hongkong.

hi , i will arrive in vientiane around 27/ 28 aug from bangkok and i m planing to visit van vieng before heading to the south , visiting the main places of interest and cross the lao/ cambodia border in 20 days... If anyone is around for a drink or is looking for a travel companion I'd be happy to meet up!

Hi Mauriziopr, when are you crossing to cambodia? Ima spend 4 to 5 days in cambodia as well.

yozza2009, my email is maurizio_premici@libero.it ...i will be arriving by land from Nong Khai .. how much do u pay for the room ? i will loking around for a guest house as soon i get there..

joancchung, i should cross the border early as im planing to spend 1 month in cambodia but thinghs can change easly especialy in Laos during the wet season, take down my email even if we cant meet we can keep in touch for any advise
