Delays on purchased Travelfish Guides

    Due to problems at PayPal on 20 August, the notifications that are sent to us when Travelfish Guides are purchased are being delayed.

    At the moment there seems to be a delay of a couple of hours. PayPal are aware of the problem and are working to sort it out.

    Note this doesn't mean your order is lost, rather it has just been delayed. When the notification eventually comes in from PayPal to us, the guides are credited to your account automatically.

    Apologies for the inconvenience, and I'll make a note again in this thread when the situation comes back to normal.

    PayPal has advised the problem has been fixed -- all purchases over the last 12 hours should now have been credited to member accounts. If you still can't see them for download in the Member Centre, please drop me a line.
