Kelty Redwing 3100

    I just got my Kelty Redwing 3100 and am thinking of returning it to get the 2650. The 3100 is about 50 litres and I think I could get by with the smaller bag for a three week trip and was wondering if anyone had any experience with either bag. Specifically, will I be okay taking it carry on on any and all regional flights.

    I've never flown Asian regional carriers, but I've never had any problems carrying on my Redwing 3100 on regional African carriers.

    On the other hand, I use my 3100 fairly compressed and well packed, I'm guessing my normal load would fit in a 2650 no problem.
