Best travel insurance for Canadian travelers

    I remember hearing something about how Canadians can't get the good World Nomads travel insurance so I was wondering what other insurance companies I should consider? And also, what kind of insurance will I need? I'm a healthy 23 year old male with a good immune system, so I was thinking that emergency insurance will be enough.
