health hazards for babies in kanchanaburi?

    Hi all
    My wife and I are planning to take our 7 mnths old baby to koh chang and kanchanaburi in January.
    Are there specific health hazards for babies there?
    The baby will get all mandatory vaccinations by that time.
    I understand dungue and malaria are known yet not common risks (solved with a mosquito repellant and net)
