I will be heading to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos in October and was looking to make flight arrangements as follows:
Hanoi-Hue-Hanoi (roundtrip)
Hanoi-Luang Prabang (one-way)
Luang Praband-Siem Reap (one-way)
Siem Reap-Hanoi (one-way)
Any suggestions as to how best to make these arrangements?

Within Vietnam, there are 2 carriers, Jetstar and Vietnam Airlines.
Both have websites, and sell online (the Vietnam Airlines portal tends to work best on IE). Jetstar often have cheaper prices than Vietnam Airlines.
As to the cross country flights, all carriers are similarly priced (and expensive). Vietnam Airlines does those routes, so maybe you could see if you can.
Vietnam Airlines has a discount pass 'Airpass' in conjunction with international flights that allows for a discount of 50% on domestic flights to fifteen different destinations. Airpass is not mentioned at website and you will have to speak with Vietnam Air for more information.
So, wherever you are, try first to look online at prices, then go to a reputable travel agent (assuming Vietnam Air has no office in your country) and explore the pass option.
Cheers

Check out Air Asia for cheap flight deals ( I got round trip ticket in Thailand for under 500 baht.) Also Skyscanner.net is a great and easy website to find cheap flights and compare airlines. Good luck!
