I've had my iphone swiped and unlocked in China so I can put in a Chinese sim card and have used it perfectly fine. Since it's unlocked now can I do the same in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam? I'm not counting on my wifi b/c the unlocking process totally killed the speed of my phone and it's basically useless except to make calls. Thanks

Be careful about updating the OS, if you do it is a 50/50 chance it'll turn into a paperweight.

If the phone is unlocked, you can insert the SIM from any telco that uses GSM.

You need a new sim in each country.
