is there anyway of charging up i.pods in thailand,laos vietnam etc..or should i just rely on the tried and trusted battery;s?

This is a funny question. How do you charge your Ipod in your own country? You can charge it the same way in Thailand as long as you take the charger/dock/usb lead etc... and make sure you got an adaptor for the plug.

get a universal electricity converter and adapter set (all in one). it's like charging anything.
