Buying a Sim Card in HCMC

    Any suggestions of where to buy a prepaid SIM card in HCMC and what brand to get (that will ideally work everywhere in HCMC, Can Tho, Chau Doc, Hoi An, Hanoi, Halong Bay area, and Sapa) and how much should I expect to pay for it?
