How is the best company to buy a mobile to use in a travel (1 month) to Thailand, Vietnam and Camboja?

Mobiphone for Vietnam.
Phone and sim card costs 55,000 dong and comes with 145,000 dong worth of credit.

Ok, just got back. Bought a motorola candy bar for 400,000 dong, and the sim card for 55,000 dong. Uses the mobiphone network.
It seemed to work ok whereever I went in Vietnam.
