Last minute getaway in Vietnam

    It's a 4 day national holiday in Vietnam starting from tomorrow and having confirmed I have no clients over the holiday period (I am a UK national working in advertising here) I am hoping to find a last minute ticket somewhere in Vietnam or over the border somewhere. But all plane and bus tickets seem to be sold out now... any ideas on a local-ish low cost getaway?
