Halong 2D/1N tour for family in August

    I am going with my partner and young kids to Hanoi in August and thinking of a 2 day/1 night tour to Halong Bay. So confused by the issue of doggy travel agents and the huge difference in prices from $30 to $200. Thinking of booking direct with the operator if there is such a thing.

    Soem people have suggested Columbus Cruises.

    Any other recommendations of a reputable, reliable and not a budget operator would be greatly appreciated.
